Meet the Team

Michele was born in Boston, Massachusetts and moved to the Fort Worth area when she was 3 years old. After graduating from Keller High School in 2002, she went to Texas Woman's University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 2006 and a Master of Science degree in 2017. In addition to being a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Michele underwent further training and certification to become a Registered Nurse First Assist. This not only allows her to assist Dr. Smith in the operating room, but also provides the opportunity to be involved with each phase of the patient's care. She is passionate about helping others and is very thankful to have such a rewarding career where she can help patients understand and feel comfortable with their diagnosis and treatment options and guide them towards making the best decisions for optimal results. Michele is also an aesthetic injector expertly trained in various injection techniques of neurotoxins and dermal fillers. She loves being able to help patients boost their confidence through enhancement of their natural beauty. Outside of work, Michele loves traveling, hiking, off-roading in her Jeep, and all things dogs and monkeys. She also enjoys volunteering at the Humane Society of North Texas and going on medical mission trips where she assists with cleft lip and palate repair and other facial reconstructive procedures.

Robyn was born in Fort Worth, TX and grew up in Boyd, TX from kindergarten to graduation. After high school, she started a medical career and became a Registered Medical Assistant. As a RMA, she worked in family practice and moved to Fort Worth. She then transitioned to ENT and has been in the ENT specialty for the past 20+ years. She had the opportunity and fun being a medical assistant, audiology assistant, insurance specialist, medical biller, and billing supervisor. Of the last 20 years in ENT, she has worked with Dr. Smith for over 18 of those years. She moved back to a small town with her spouse, and enjoys her dogs, gardening, and her farm animals.

Ashley Gregory is our Cosmetic Care Coordinator. She is the personal liaison for all of our patients throughout their cosmetic journey. From initial phone call and consultation, to surgery and beyond, Ashley works directly alongside our patients to ensure the best experience possible. Ashley has been a licensed Esthetician since 2019 and truly enjoys helping people feel better in their own skin. Ashley grew up in the DFW metroplex and has over 12 years of experience working in the medical field. She has worked with both OB/Gyn and Plastic Surgery practices in the past. Ashley currently lives in Haslet with her husband, 2 children, and 2 Golden Retrievers. Outside of work, she enjoys country dancing, traveling, and relaxing at the lake with her family.

Born and raised in Joshua, Texas, Ashley Ripley has been in clerical staffing for 12 years. She has a passion for patient advocacy and strives for patients to have the best experience they can as soon as they step foot in the practice until they leave. She enjoys watching sports and spending time with her husband and daughter, along with her cat, Floyd and dog, Finlee.

Amy has worked in the medical field for over 24 years. We were fortunate to have Amy bring her expertise to the team in 2018 as our Certified Nurse Assistant. Amy is now the Director of Operations and surgery scheduler for our cancer and reconstruction patients. She then is our backbone during the day as we operate and see patients. Amy is extremely quick and efficient. Amy takes a great deal of pride in making our patient experience the very best it can be. Amy has been married for 21 years, has 3 children, and 3 Aussies.

Makenzie was born and raised in North Texas, and graduated high school early to begin her medical career training. She has worked as a medical assistant since 2024 and also holds a phlebotomy certification. She is dedicated to making patients feel comfortable, cared for and supported from the moment they walk in. She has always had a heart for helping others and being a helping hand whenever she can. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family of 3 and making sweet memories with her son, Walker. She enjoys attending church, growing her faith, and surrounding herself with positive and meaningful relationships. She also loves spending time with her Aussie, Bear, who is a huge part of her family.

Natalie Smith is the Administrative Coordinator for the Colleyville office, bringing over 20 years of experience to her role. Though born in Manhattan, Kansas, Natalie is a proud Texan, having lived in the state for over 30 years. Outside of work, her greatest joys are her beautiful daughters, friends, and family. She loves to travel, seek out new adventures, and read a good book.
