We are intentionally small. Dr. Smith sees every consultation personally, and the same people who answer the phone are the ones who'll greet you, prep you for surgery, and check on you the next morning. Continuity, in a field where continuity is rare.

Born in Fort Worth, raised in Boyd, TX. Started as a Registered Medical Assistant, then spent two decades in ENT - eighteen of them with Dr. Smith. Has worn every administrative hat in the practice: medical assistant, audiology, insurance, billing, and now office manager.

Personal liaison for every cosmetic patient from the first consultation through recovery. A licensed Esthetician with nine years in the DFW medical field - she pairs clinical knowledge with a warm, hands-on approach to helping patients feel at home in their own skin.
Clinical Staffing
Born and raised in Joshua, Texas. Ten years in clinical staffing taught her that patient advocacy is the difference between a good visit and a great one - she makes sure every patient feels well cared for from the moment they walk in until the day they leave.

Specializes in chemical peels, brow shaping, waxing, and facial treatments tailored to each client - including scar revision with the Skinpen microneedling device. A trained skincare specialist who helps patients build a regimen suited to their rejuvenation journey.

Grew up in East Texas. Began her medical career in 2012 as a certified scrub technician at a Nacogdoches trauma hospital, then completed her RN. Manages onsite equipment and ensures maximum patient safety before, during, and after every operation.
Certified Scrub Tech
Certified scrub technician since 2006 - started on the cardiothoracic and heart team at Baylor All Saints, joined Dr. Smith in plastic and reconstructive cases in 2013. Leads the OR team through every operation and is paramount to making sure the right equipment is in the right place.

Holds no medical license. Maintains a strict schedule of greeting every patient at the door, supervising morning meetings from underfoot, and napping through afternoon consultations.
